1. Always stuck to the main/structural lifts.

If you only have 30 minutes to spend in the gym then you must make the most of the workout. Stick to the essential lifts such as then squat, bench press, rows, push ups, and chin ups.
They stimulate the best hormonal response and target a variety of muscles so you don't have to worry about using isolation exercises.
