Choosing From The Best Workout Routines

When it comes to designing a workout, you got two main options:

Full Body Workouts.

With a full body workout, you hit ever major and minor muscle without sacrificing any of the benefits. You also get a greater hormonal response since your performing lots of compound lifts. You get best of both worlds, making me a big fan of full body workouts.
